Please make sure to comply with these restrictions to ensure that you are using the Software or Services lawfully and ethically.

4. You may not modify any aspect of the Software, Site, or associated technologies, and you agree to assume the risk of losing any content that you submit. 

5. Finally, you may not resell or use the Software for commercial purposes.
